Beginning Customer Service Representative (CSR1)


Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $13 - $15.00 per hour Reports to: Happy Customer Manager Mission: To create Happy Customers Scorecard:

  • Answer the phone within 15 seconds
  • Maintain Personal Customer Support NPS Rating >80
  • Create 10 articles per hour
Competencies:
  • Able to stay calm and pleasant at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Active911 software
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Onboard new clients
  • Support existing users
  • Understand customer needs
  • Get customer needs met
  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone and email
  • Answer and troubleshoot client issues with high efficiency
  • Accurately document calls in our ticketing system
  • Handle changes in agency subscription policies or renewals
  • Monitor open cases and follow up until closed
  • Provides customer advocacy and education
  • Primary point of contact for customers, via phone and e-mail
  • Perform smart searches and troubleshooting research using Abot in Slack
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in related technical field and 3+ years of related experience OR 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Technical background a plus

Product Owner

Reports to: Chief Product Officer

Salary Range: $48,000 - $70,000

Mission: Guide the Success of Assigned Product

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Champion the product

  • Define and deliver product strategy and roadmap

  • Define, document and communicate objectives, features and bugs for product initiatives and releases

  • Ensure team meets established timelines

  • Facilitate strong cross-functional teamwork

  • Convert customer insights to tangible product features that add value

  • Run and attend meetings

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • College degree, MBA preferred

  • 3+ years product management

  • Strong comprehension of software development life cycle, SaaS, Agile methodologies, incremental progress

  • Exemplify core values

  • Some travel required
